This class has a yoga sequence that typically involves only five or six poses, supported often by props to allow a longer respite in each pose, to completely relax and rest, soothing the mind and encouraging inner focus. Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends that revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system.
