mala making workshop
Tibetan malas, or Buddhist prayer beads., Malas are similar to other forms of prayer beads used in various world religions and they are sometimes called the Buddhist rosary. I started making Tibetan malas several years ago at first for myself to accompany my meditations especially during the cold season and I enjoyed so much wearing them that soon after I started making them as a present for my special ones.
They are employed to focus one’s awareness and concentration during spiritual practice.
Mantras are spiritual syllables or prayers and are usually repeated many times

Malas are sacred objects believed to be charged with the energy of the deity. They should be treated with great reverence.
Long malas can be worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist.
